Telstra Annual General Meeting
Date: Friday 19th November 2010
Time: 8.30am – media registrations open
9.30am – meeting commences
Venue: Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre
1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, Vic 3006
Broadcast media will have access to the auditorium at 9.00am for approximately five minutes and then all broadcast media will be escorted out of the auditorium. No broadcast equipment will be permitted in the auditorium after this time.
Journalists will be permitted to remain in the designated media seating area throughout the meeting. A separate media room will be available at the Convention Centre and will have phone and internet facilities (limited) and a closed circuit television link to the meeting.
Broadcast quality feeds of speeches by the Chairman and CEO can be obtained via a splitter box in the media room. The feed will finish after the speeches, and before the Q&A.
A direct DVN broadcast feed of the opening speeches can be obtained from the Telstra DVOC, via SWISH. The feed will commence at 9.30am although media are encouraged to log on to the link before then. Should you have any difficulties accessing the feeds, contact Globecast on 02 8258 7966.

The AGM is for shareholders and only shareholders or their appointed representatives will be permitted to ask questions during the meeting. No media conference will be held at the conclusion of the shareholders’ meeting.
