Person Centred Planning Workshop: 2-day course with Karen Taylor

11/12 April or 14/15 April 2011

Do you feel frustrated with goal settings? Do you feel that working with a consumer’s problems and needs doesn’t always help the consumer move forward into recovery? Person centred planning is a way of engaging and working with consumers in a recovery focused way. Using P.A.T.H and M.A.P’s enables the consumer to set goals based on their aspirations and skills and making the care planning process a positive experience for workers and consumers.
